Dr. Suzan McGary
Dr. Suzan McGary has been a resident of Williamsport for nearly 20 years and holds board certifications in surgery, thoracic surgery, and venous and lymphatic medicine. She founded the Susquehanna Valley Vein Center in 2013 to help patients with venous insufficiency and varicose veins of the legs lead healthier lives and be more confident in their appearance.
She acquired her first cosmetic laser, the Cutera Excel V, to better treat cosmetic problems of the legs, like spider veins. The benefit of this cosmetic treatment for patients led to the addition of other aesthetic procedures to her practice at the Vein Center. As the practice grew, she felt a medical spa was a more appropriate setting for the treatments of face, body, and skin and Revive Medical Spa and Laser Treatment Center was born. Dr. McGary feels strongly that each patient’s individual concerns should be addressed in a friendly, luxurious atmosphere by knowledgeable, caring practitioners.
Dr. McGary is an active member of the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians as well as the American College of Phlebology and the American College of Surgeons.
Amber Shook, RN
Amber is a native of Lycoming County and received her Associates degree in nursing from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2008. She joined our team in September of 2023, and has been practicing as an RN for sixteen years in specialty settings. Amber enjoys working here where she can apply her medical skills in the Vein Center setting and also incorporate her love for providing education and treatment plans to clients at Revive Medical Spa. Amber specializes in laser treatments and cosmetic procedures, including injection of neurotoxins.
Ashley Brokenshire, B.S., RDMS, RVT
Ashley joined Susquehanna Valley Vein Center in 2018 as the Vascular Technologist, performing vein mapping ultrasounds and assisting with venous ablations and sclerotherapy. She graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2008 and has over 13 years of experience in the ultrasound field. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and go to her 2 sons sporting events.
Stacy Gerrity, Office Manager
Stacy has been the Office Manager at Susquehanna Valley Vein Center/Revive Medical Spa since 2018. She takes care of all the “front of the house” duties, from answering phones to filing insurance claims and everything in between. She graduated from Lycoming College in 1993 and worked for ten years as a kindergarten teacher and elementary school librarian before entering the management side of the healthcare field. Before joining Dr. McGary’s practice, she managed another local surgery practice. Stacy loves the calming and “Zen” atmosphere of this office and looks forward to coming to work every day!
Kathy Clayton, LMT
Kathy is from the Watsontown area. She has more than fifteen years’ experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, as well as four years as a massage therapy instructor. Kathy specializes in therapeutic massage, cupping, pre-natal and sports massages, and lymphatic drainage. She studied at McCann School of Business, Valley School of Healing Arts, and ICTA School of Cupping.
